Video: Prescription Drug Abuse Boom A doctor who set up a medical clinic that CBS News exposed as a pill mill is now facing a formal complaint by the Texas Medical Board.Dr. Rodolfo Giraldi is a Texas physician who set up several pain clinics throughout the Houston area. According to the Texas Medical Board complaint, filed November 19, at another clinic owned by Dr. Giraldi medications were prescribed for non-therapeutic reasons. The complaint also says someone other than Dr. Giraldi would see patients and there was inadequate medical recordshellip;to support prescriptions and a lack of adequate physical exams. The complaint could result in Dr. Giraldi losing his medical license. CBS News was unable to reach Dr. Giraldi for comment.
