Metott, 58, of Maple Flats Road in Cleveland, with DWI following a traffic stop in the Town of Verona Friday evening.At approximately 10:40 p.m. on June 17, Trooper Steven Fountain observed a 2007 Toyota Tacoma travelling westbound on State Route 31 pass another westbound vehicle in a no passing zone.A traffic stop was conducted and while Trooper Fountain interviewed the driver, Metott, a strong odor of alcoholic beverage was noted coming from the drivers breath.Field sobriety tests indicated that Metott was intoxicated and he was taken into custody for DWI, police said.Metott was processed at the SP Oneida barracks, where a breath t stanley cup est determined his blood alcohol content to be .15%.Metott was issued traffic tickets for DWI, Driving with a BAC of . stanley becher 08% or greater, passing in a no passing zone and failure to signal a turn.He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Verona Court on July 5.
