Ybui Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski announces run for Congress
A man was struck and k stanley cup illed by a car Monday morning in east Baltimore.Officers responded to the 4000 block of East Monument Street at approximately 5:42 a.m. to find a 53-year-old man had been hit. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.Baltimore Police said the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
